Cliff Sharp
Cliff Sharp is truly a coach! He started out as an educator and has moved in to life coaching. His insight after serving as director of the Pregnacy Support Center here in Murfreesboro allowed him to see what a need there is to help families raise their vision. He and his wife, Jane founded Greenhouse Ministries in 1999, seeking to make a difference to plant and cultivate hope in this community.
Jane Sharp
Jane Sharp is the co-Executive Director with her husband, Cliff. Cliff and Jane started Greenhouse Ministries in 1999 after seeing the needs of the working poor and single moms in our community. Jane has a heart for seeing single moms thrive in their work, home life, and motherhood. Jane’s attention to detail and organization keep the daily operations of Greenhouse Ministries running efficiently.
Christy Sanford
Christy has been a driving force at Greenhouse Ministries since day one. As the daughter of Cliff and Jane Sharp, Christy has helped develop the imprint Greenhouse has had on the community. Now she is steering Greenhouse Ministries’ newest initiative: the Garden Patch Thrift Shoppe. As thrift shoppe manager, Christy orchestrates the show, keeping the shoppe current and inviting. She is a welcoming and friendly face to all who enter.
Parker Eakes
Parker Eakes is the Director of Operations at Greenhouse Ministries. He has had intensive training in counseling and puts that training into practice every day as he meets with clients, volunteers and the staff. His goal is to listen to people with one ear and listen for God’s voice in the other. Parker makes himself available to all areas of Greenhouse and brings his enthusiasm and encouragement to each situation.
Emily Francis 
Emily wears many hats for Greenhouse Ministries, and wears them well. She not only keeps our office running smoothly, she oversees our great volunteers and coordinates their schedules. Emily also serves as the Greenhouse bookkeeper. Emily brings to Greenhouse her great organization skills with a Godly spirit, and we are truly blessed to have her on the Greenhouse team.
Bill Martin
When he’s not putting around a golf course, Bill Martin manages the Wellspring Men’s Housing Program and coordinates Greenhouse Ministries’ furniture donations. Bill is a great resource for the men in the housing program as he brings great wisdom and many life experiences to the table.
Malia Grubbs
Malia is the Education Coordinator at Greenhouse Ministries. Her desire to help individuals, as well as her big heart and love for people, make her the perfect person for this position. Her knowledge and commitment to the teachers and clients at Greenhouse is truly changing lives.
Elsa Crafford
Elsa Crafford is responsible for fashion, staging, and operating the cash register at Garden Patch Thrift Shoppe. Her stylish touches make the store attractive to shoppers. Her friendly greetings keep shoppers coming back for more!
Gary Patrick
Gary is with Greenhouse in a part time position to organize all the areas of the warehouse. A much needed and busy job, as we receive many donations a day. Gary has a very positive attitude which is contagious with the volunteers, and he keeps our warehouse looking good.
