Cliff Sharp is the co-founder of Greenhouse Ministries and he is truly a coach! He started out as an educator and moved into life coaching. His insight after serving as director of the Pregnancy Support Center here in Murfreesboro allowed him to see what a need there is to help families raise their vision. He and his wife, Jane, founded Greenhouse Ministries in 1999, seeking to make a difference to plant and cultivate hope in this community.
Jane Sharp is the co-founder with her husband, Cliff. Cliff and Jane started Greenhouse Ministries in 1999 after seeing the needs of the working poor and single moms in our community. Jane has a heart for seeing single moms thrive in their work, home life and motherhood. Jane’s attention to detail and organization keeps the daily operations of Greenhouse Ministries running efficiently.
Mike is the director of peer counseling, director of the Wellspring Program and church relations. Mike comes to us with experience in ministry and pastoring and his experience and demeanor make him easy to get along with and the perfect choice to help connect men in our community with programs, people and resources that will equip them with the skills they need to realize their full potential and become productive members of society.
Kylie works in The Garden Patch Thrift Shoppe. Kylie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in psychology. Kylie volunteered at Greenhouse for a few years before being asked to join the staff. Kylie enjoys reading, being in nature and spending time with friends and family.
Sarah is our investor relations specialist. Sarah joined the Greenhouse staff in June of 2015 to help develop programs and services through writing grants and fundraising. She first came to Greenhouse in 2010 as a volunteer peer counselor working with clients. She is so excited to serve the community and Christ through Greenhouse.
Morgen is our warehouse sorting manager. Morgen is responsible for making sure the numerous donations that come in daily are put in the proper place and kept organized. Because of the high number of donations we get each day, this is a huge undertaking, and Morgen makes it look easy and does a great job of keeping us sane and organized.
Pat is our office manager. She answers the phones, checks in clients, organizes the files and keeps our front office running. Pat volunteered for a few years before coming on staff. Simply put, without Pat, we would not survive!
Sharon is the director of The Garden Patch Thrift Shoppe. She joined the staff in November 2014 after volunteering in various ways over the past few years. She helps to ensure we provide a warm experience for our guests in The Garden Patch Thrift Shoppe. She will greet you with a big smile and vibrant hello and make you feel welcome!
Randy is the director of education at Greenhouse Ministries. His desire is to help people learn and he has a particular passion for music. He is a retired music teacher and is committed to the teachers and clients at Greenhouse. His long time devotion and love for Greenhouse makes him do his job well and he is truly changing lives!
Julie is the director of operations and the volunteer coordinator. She not only keeps our office running smoothly, she oversees our great volunteers and coordinates their schedules. Julie is such a joy to be around, and along with being extremely efficient and good at her job, she brings in a great attitude and sunny disposition that draws people in and makes Greenhouse a fun place to be!
Rachel is our public relations and event coordinator. Rachel recently graduated from Harding University with a degree in public relations. She works on the newsletter, handles the social media and coordinates all the events Greenhouse has. Rachel has a passion for traveling, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Buddy.
